Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or defective.
To request a return, contact us with your order ID and product images.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders
If a COD order is refused without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders.
